RVR Banlag Corp started in April 2007 as RVR Manpower Services with only 50 employees, providing reliable support to agricultural operations in Bukidnon. After more than 16 years of steady growth, the company increased its workforce to 2,700 employees. In 2025, it adopted a new name, RVR Banlag Corp, reflecting a stronger vision and a broader commitment to its people and partners.
Today, RVR Banlag Corp is a recognized manpower provider for Del Monte Philippines Inc. (DMPI). Its employees support every stage of fresh fruit field operations, from planting to harvest. The company has also expanded into logistics, supplying skilled drivers for trucking services. Driven by its mission to uplift lives, RVR Banlag Corp delivers dependable workforce solutions while ensuring sustainable livelihoods for the communities it serves in Bukidnon and beyond.
